Pallas Group has recently purchased a premium 592sqm corner site on Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne. The new development will house a nine-storey commercial and retail space, with construction expected to be completed late 2021.
The site will include more than 3300sqm of NLA and will see 12 of our staff occupy the building, marking the expansion of our Melbourne team. The ground floor will be activated with exciting food and beverage offerings, alongside eight additional levels of commercial space. Boasting uncompromised city views, the site is also a short walk away from the upcoming ANZAC Station, St Kilda Road and South Melbourne Market.
Leading design and architecture practice Ewert Leaf are running a competition within their firm, with five internal teams of architects submitting individual designs for the mixed-use site. The winning design will be announced in February.
