Testimonials

At Fortis, we approach commercial leasing as a collaborative journey. We don’t just rent out square footage — we curate spaces that reflect the ambitions of the businesses within them and contribute to the vibrancy of the wider community.

To illustrate this philosophy in action, we connected with Michael Sacco, Senior Legal Counsel at X-Elio, to hear about his team’s decision to lease at 67 Palmerston Crescent. He shares what made the building stand out, how it compared to other options, and what the experience of working with Fortis has meant for their business.

Before leasing your new tenancy, what was your knowledge of Fortis?
Before leasing the new tenancy, I had little to no knowledge of Fortis. My familiarity with the company was minimal, and I did not have substantial information about their operations, reputation, or the specifics of their leasing processes. Our decision to lease was based on other factors rather than prior knowledge of Fortis.

What other properties did you research before leasing at 67 Palmerston Crescent?
We researched several other properties in the Melbourne CBD before deciding to lease at 67 Palmerston Crescent. However, the office spaces in those properties did not fit the brief of what we were looking for. They either lacked the necessary amenities, did not have the desired layout, or were not in the ideal location that suited our business needs. After thorough consideration, 67 Palmerston Crescent emerged as the best option that met all our requirements.

Why did you choose 67 Palmerston?
We chose 67 Palmerston because we love the location, which offers the perfect balance of urban convenience and natural beauty. Its proximity to the city ensures that we are never far from the vibrant heart of urban life, while being close to major road networks provides easy accessibility for commuting and travel.

Additionally, the area boasts a variety of great food choices, catering to diverse culinary tastes. Being near Albert Park is a significant advantage, offering a serene escape and recreational opportunities. As an added bonus, Clementine’s Café is right on our doorstep, providing a charming spot for coffee and socialising.

What do you think 67 Palmerston has, that other commercial options you looked at didn’t?
67 Palmerston stands out from other commercial options due to its modern yet inviting layout, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients. The space is designed with an abundance of natural light, enhancing the work environment and promoting productivity.

It also offers a sufficient number of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, ensuring that teams have ample opportunities to work together effectively and hold meetings without constraints. These features collectively make 67 Palmerston a superior choice compared to other commercial properties.

How would you describe the amenities within 67 Palmerston?
We have found the amenities to be new, easy to use, and highly convenient, making it effortless for our staff to enjoy them. The modern facilities are designed with user-friendliness in mind, ensuring that everyone can take full advantage of the features without any hassle.

This convenience enhances the overall experience, allowing our team to focus on their work while also enjoying the benefits of a well-equipped environment.

How would you describe your dealings with Fortis?
In comparison to other companies, the process with Fortis has been seamless. Simone and the team consistently go out of their way to answer any questions, providing clear and helpful information at every step.

The onboarding process was flawless, making the entire experience for our team smooth and efficient. Fortis’ dedication to customer service and attention to detail truly sets them apart, ensuring a positive and hassle-free experience.
