With a Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics and Finance, Jeremy brings an outstanding track record working on high-end residential, retail and mixed-use projects. During his career he has held development positions at national ASX-listed REIT’s with a strong focus on acquisitions, planning and design. Jeremy has a passion for creating high quality spaces for people to live and work, while generating value for our customers, communities and investors. Jeremy’s hands-on role at Fortis sees him manage developments from acquisition through to handover.

With close to 20 years’ experience across the property industry, Mark has delivered complex and prestigious development projects across a range of asset classes nationwide. He brings a broad skillset to Fortis—spanning strategic leadership, team management, development management, investment management, valuation and construction. As an Associate Director based in our Sydney head office, Mark is focused on initiating and delivering sustainable, highly desirable destinations that make a lasting impact on the built environment.

Stephen has enjoyed a 25-year career in the Australian construction industry, working across complex projects with significant infrastructure and civil works in a variety of senior roles, with major REIT’s, including luxury apartments, high-rise and mixed-use developments, and large-scale shopping centres. Bringing this breadth of experience to Fortis, Stephen provides strategic construction oversight of the Fortis pipeline of projects, and develops controls, protocols, best practices, standards, knowledge base, sector expertise and benchmarks for our business.

With a background in Asset Management, Property Investment, Business Development and Operations, the ability to forge strong and successful relationships has always been a constant in David’s career. At Fortis, David looks after tenant and stakeholder experiences, while also developing broader strategic partnerships that enhance the positioning of the ever-evolving Fortis portfolio. Holding separate degrees in Business (Accounting & Finance) and Marketing, David spent 15 years as Managing Director for a major retail business he owned with over 400 staff prior to joining Fortis.

Matthew brings a strong commercial background to Fortis, having previously worked with CBRE in Brisbane where he focussed on the near-city sector. With a Bachelor of Property Economics majoring in Finance, he boasts a deep understanding of the fundamentals that drive property trends. Together with an enviable network of domestic contacts, this gives Matthew a keen eye for value-add opportunities–something that allows him to position each Fortis development ideally for current market conditions.

Michael brings hands-on construction experience to Fortis, having worked with one of Australia’s largest builders across high-end residential, high-rise, and complex infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on delivery, he supports the Fortis development team in shaping design outcomes that drive efficiency, while overseeing construction to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met across our Sydney portfolio.

Jinky is a multi-talented and much-loved member of the Fortis Projects team, responsible for our Sydney developments. With a vast and diverse experience base, drawn from nearly 30 years in the construction industry, her first task with Fortis was overseeing Lords Group as they delivered our beloved new HQ, Pallas House Sydney. Armed with relentless attention to detail, Jinky liaises seamlessly with trades during the completion of our developments to ensure everything is perfect. When time permits, you’ll also find her spotlighting as the Fortis in-house chef, cooking up something delicious for the whole team to enjoy.

Grace is a Senior Project Manager specialising in the delivery of complex construction and development projects. Backed by over a decade of experience across Tier 1 contractors and major infrastructure projects, she provides end-to-end project leadership from design development and procurement through to construction and handover. At Fortis, Grace is recognised for driving buildability, commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and team accountability, successfully delivering complex projects while fostering collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

Daniel is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over a decade delivering complex developments across NSW, contributing to more than $1 billion in projects across residential, retail, commercial and infrastructure sectors. He brings a disciplined, outcome-driven approach to managing design, construction and commercial risk, having worked across high-rise residential, social housing, large-scale retail and major civil infrastructure. Based in our Sydney office, Daniel manages complex contractual environments and works closely with leading builders to deliver strong outcomes for Fortis.

Jordan brings extensive client-side project management experience to Fortis, having previously delivered hotel, commercial and education projects across Australia and the UK. He has worked across all stages of the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with consultants and builders to achieve a client-focused end result. As part of the Fortis delivery team, Jordan manages projects from early planning through construction and handover, with a clear focus on quality, safety and process, delivering outcomes all stakeholders are proud of.

With over a decade of experience in construction and development, Thomas brings a hands-on, delivery-focused approach to every project. His background spans high-density residential, hospitals and schools, working across complex and high-quality builds. At Fortis, Thomas leverages this experience to support our design and development teams in shaping efficient, buildable outcomes, while maintaining close oversight of construction to ensure programmes, quality and safety expectations are consistently met.

Olivia is a Project Manager at Fortis, with nearly a decade of experience across both construction and development. She began her career in contracting with Richard Crookes Constructions before moving into developer-side roles at Mirvac and Trescon. Olivia has delivered complex residential and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on design coordination, procurement and stakeholder management. At Fortis, she oversees projects from early feasibility through to delivery, with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand through complexity.

Kris is a Project Manager at Fortis with over a decade of experience across the construction industry. Having worked across all facets of project delivery—from estimating and planning through to on-site execution—Kris brings a well-rounded, practical understanding of how complex projects come together. At Fortis, he takes a collaborative, people-first approach, working closely with builders, consultants and the broader delivery team to manage programmes, drive accountability and deliver high-quality outcomes all stakeholders are proud of.

For as long as she can remember, Jess has held a passion for design and the creation of places. This led her to complete a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Masters in Property & Development. Before joining Fortis, Jess spent six years with ASX-listed REITs overseeing major developments across Australia; experience that sees her highly versed in the importance of communication and teamwork. Jess prides herself in facilitating collaboration to ensure her projects are delivered on time, to budget and always in keeping with customer expectations.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Certificate in Construction Management. Prior to joining the Fortis team, Sophie worked as an Associate at a real estate advisory firm where she realised her aptitude for property development. To date, she has worked across the delivery of a residential and mixed-use property portfolio with an end value of over $550m. Sophie is a key decision maker across all stages of the development cycle at Fortis, with a particular focus on project design and delivery.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in Property. He began his career working in valuations, before transitioning into property development with Walker Corporation. During his four years with Walker, Sam held a range of hands-on positions from acquisitions to the delivery of land subdivision projects and major residential developments. As a Senior Development Manager with our Sydney team, this broad experience base allows Sam to work seamlessly from the earliest project stages through to the final handover. Sam’s responsibilities at Fortis include delivering commercial and residential projects.

Will brings over a decade of experience in property acquisition, development, and delivery to Fortis, having worked with both private and ASX-listed developers. Holding a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (UNSW) and a Master of Property Development (UTS), he brings expertise in managing residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments from inception to divestment. Will has a proven track record of aligning complex development processes and stakeholders with strategic objectives, ensuring each project delivers lasting value to investors, occupiers, and the broader community.

Chantelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Economics, a Diploma in Financial Services and a Master’s degree in Property Development. Prior to joining Fortis, she held a number of positions for diversified private developers, helping to deliver projects ranging from boutique developments to premium skyscrapers. Here at Fortis, she is responsible for managing the delivery of our Sydney projects in concert with the senior development team. Her focus is ensuring each project progresses efficiently and smoothly from inception to completion, delivering a successful outcome for all stakeholders.

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Property Economics, majoring in Town Planning. During her career she has delivered a diverse portfolio of property projects, working across the full development cycle from acquisition to delivery. At Fortis, she is heavily involved in acquisitions, design, planning and delivery for our residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Sydney. With a passion for innovation through technology, Claudia also has hands-on experience in the development of mobile applications and prides herself on bringing an agile mindset to every project.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and brings in-depth experience of the full development cycle, from concept to completion. Prior to joining Fortis, she spent three years with Built where she worked across a large-scale and complex portfolio of commercial properties. As a Development Manager within our busy Sydney team, Olivia’s responsibilities include the end-to-end delivery of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, and ensuring a seamless outcome for our clients.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics. He began his career in a finance role at Dexus where he discovered his passion for property. Transitioning to the property management team, Tom worked across commercial and industrial sectors. It was his work in this position which inspired him to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Property Development. As a Development Manager in the Fortis Sydney team, Tom oversees project delivery from start to finish, collaborating with consultants to guarantee the best possible outcome for each project.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS. Prior to joining Fortis, he gained valuable experience  with prominent private and ASX-listed property development firms. Alex has worked on several high-rise residential and large-scale industrial projects. including the delivery an $800 million master-planned industrial project in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. At Fortis, Alex applies his knowledge in acquisitions, approvals, and project delivery to help ensure the successful completion of our developments.

Karla holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney. She spent close to four years at FDC Construction, where she began her career as a Site Engineer, playing a key role in delivering a range of commercial and industrial projects for international REITs and major private clients, including the Blue & William project in North Sydney, with KEPPEL REIT and Lendlease Development. As an Assistant Development Manager with our Sydney team, Karla combines strong technical expertise with a keen attention to detail, particularly in the commercial processes, design development and successful delivery of our sites. She is responsible for managing Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use projects, contributing seamlessly to the project from the earliest project stages to final handover.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Property Management, majoring in Investment, Development, and Valuation, and brings nearly four years of experience across investment management, residential delivery, and acquisitions. She has contributed to competitive tenders and direct negotiations for landmark projects in Sydney and Brisbane. As Assistant Development Manager at Fortis, Rachel leverages her strong understanding of financial drivers, market dynamics, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities and shape strategies that balance commercial outcomes with high-quality, market-aligned developments.

With a background in marketing, property, and investment management, Will has a proven track record in raising capital for property-backed transactions. His experience in funding developments sparked a passion for acquisition and project delivery, leading him to join Fortis as an Assistant Development Manager. Leveraging his insight into market drivers across Sydney’s blue-chip suburbs, Will plays a key role in identifying opportunities, liaising with property owners and agents to secure sites, and supporting the team to ensure each project is delivered in line with its original vision.

Olivia is currently completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney. As Assistant Development Manager at Fortis, she brings enthusiasm and a keen interest in both construction delivery and design detail. Olivia supports the Sydney team across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, and is actively involved in every stage of the development process—contributing to smooth project execution and upholding the highest standards of quality.

Currently completing his final year of a Property Economics degree, Hugh brings a strong analytical foundation to the Fortis development team. He supports the full project journey, from market research and Town Planning through to consultant management, budget monitoring, and sales administration. At Fortis, Hugh is readily building on this broad early exposure to the development process and is eager to continue honing his skills across every stage of the project lifecycle.
