Fortis recently secured planning approval for our next South Melbourne commercial project, 122 Moray Street, as featured in The Urban Developer.

Designed by lead architects, Fender Katsalidis, the approved plans for the $50 million site comprise a seven-storey new build, with retail activation on the ground floor. Offering 3,795 sqm in NLA, the project will offer Grade A office space alongside amenities including a winter garden on the lower floors, expansive terraces and premium end-of-trip facilities.
