Fortis is pricing its Melbourne penthouses from $4.37m at its Richmond Square development. It has six penthouses across its Carmine House and Wiltshire House projects near Swan and Church streets in Richmond. Wiltshire House will feature two larger penthouses on Level 10, each with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two car spaces, sized at 224sq m and 236sq m, while Carmine House’s four penthouses start at level 11 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car spaces, ranging from 184sq m to 210sq m. One penthouse has an expansive private rooftop terrace on level 12.
Wiltshire House interiors are designed by SJB, and Carmine House interiors were done by Hecker Guthrie. All up, Richmond Square will deliver 108 highend apartments across its two buildings, anchored by a retail laneway of stores, cafes and restaurants. Completion is scheduled for later this year. The marketing agents for the six penthouses are Christie’s Clare Johnston and Stefanie Palazzolo.
