Design

Our challenge was to create the feeling of an established, stately home with a completely new build. We chose limestone for the exterior façade; a natural stone with minute imperfections along its edges, similar to the stone buildings of Europe. The three established olive trees originally growing on site have been preserved and will take centre stage at the new front door.

In partnership with architects MHNDU, with interior design by Hecker Guthrie and landscapes by Wyer & Co., The Benson has been designed as boutique in size, with 9 residences split over 3 levels. The construction is nearing completion, in the good hands of Lords Group.
