On Thursday 5 February Fortis, together with our construction partner Hacer, celebrated the topping out of Richmond Square.
The ceremony brought together project partners and consultants, trades and purchasers to acknowledge the progress of a development set to redefine this corner of Richmond.
Speaking at the event, Jordan Winada, Head of Acquisitions (Commercial) Victoria and Adelaide, and Brooke McCurdy, Development Manager for Fortis, were joined by Vin Sammartino, Director, Business Development to reflect on the journey to date and the significance of reaching this milestone.
Jordan and Brooke highlighted the unique position of Richmond Square within one of Melbourne’s most connected and energetic precincts, noting the project’s five‑year evolution and the strong collaboration with Hacer throughout construction. They acknowledged the team’s commitment to high‑quality delivery, safety and craftsmanship, key pillars underpinning the project’s success.
Guests were invited to take a moment to appreciate the collective effort that has brought Richmond Square to this stage, with the next six months set to see the precinct rapidly take shape ahead of completion later this year.
