The launch of Lynsford, Hamilton saw the Fortis team welcome more than 50 prospective purchasers to the project’s new display destination on Racecourse Road.
Held across two mornings in August, the opening marked the first opportunity for purchasers to experience the project in detail—reviewing floorplans and discussing preferred apartment configurations with Place Kangaroo Point and Fortis.
Designed by Koichi Takada Architects, the display also showcased Lynsford’s design vision, presenting the material palette, finishes and details that will define the project.
Local businesses formed part of the experience, with complimentary coffee and pastries from Freddie’s and floral bouquets from Gloriosa, offering a connection to the Racecourse Road precinct and the amenity that surrounds the development.
Both mornings generated strong early momentum, and delivered a well-received introduction to the lifestyle, design and amenity that will define Lynsford, Hamilton.
