A mix of locals and investors gathered at Alice Dumpling Bar in South Steyne, Manly, to get the first look at Fortis’ flagship project White Water—our first venture into the Northern Beaches. The redevelopment will transform the site into luxury beachfront offices spanning three levels and feature a vibrant street-level retail precinct.
Guests at the event enjoyed an endless stream of dumplings while exploring the project through renders and material mood boards, giving a tangible sense of the inspiration behind White Water’s design.
“White Water will usher in a new era for Manly, thanks to its absolute waterfront location, its seamless connection to nearby Rialto Lane and first-class quality and amenity brought to the Northern Beaches,” stated Klaudia Brown, Sales & Leasing representative from Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches.
David Jaggers from Durbach Block Jaggers, the architectural firm behind the project discussed the building’s contemporary design, emphasising the untapped modern aesthetic of Manly. “Manly has a contemporary feel that has not been fully explored”, he said, highlighting the project’s innovative approach to blending modern design with the local ambience.
