It’s been a strong start to the year for the Fortis team, having secured planning approvals for three major projects totalling $570m across Sydney and Melbourne within the three months since December 2023, as featured in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age over the weekend.

The greenlit projects include the second tower of the SJB designed $320m Richmond project, Wiltshire House, having reimagined previously approved plans from commercial to residential in response to the pent-up demand for high quality residential stock in Melbourne’s inner suburbs, an $80m commercial site in Manly anchored by Pallas Capital, with its growing operations across the eastern seaboard driving demand for a second office, and in collaboration with Restoration Hardware, RH Sydney, The Gallery at Double Bay, a $170m signature landmark for the city’s eastern suburbs.

This represents Fortis’ fifth major commercial approval in the Double Bay precinct and RH’s first gallery in the Asia-Pacific Region, with the bespoke design and hospitality destination revealing one of the most immersive and inspiring physical expressions of the brand to date.
