On Friday, 31 July, Fortis, together with construction partner Alliance, celebrated the topping out of White Water in Manly, marking the completion of the building’s structure and a significant milestone in the delivery of the project.
Overlooking Many Beach, project partners gathered to acknowledge the progress of White Water and the collective effort behind bringing the development to life. As Fortis’ only Northern Beaches project, White Water represents a rare opportunity in one of Sydney’s most sought-after coastal locations, combining premium commercial space with hospitality at ground level and world-class views across the ocean.
Speaking at the ceremony, Fortis Development Manager, Olivia Gallant, reflected on the journey to date and the significance of the milestone. “White Water has been shaped by a shared vision and an incredible team effort. Reaching this stage is a testament to the expertise, commitment and collaboration of everyone involved, and we’re excited to see the project move into its final phase.”
Alliance Project Manager, Sam Ayache, also acknowledged the contribution of the broader project team and highlighted the strength of the partnership with Fortis throughout the delivery of the project.
Fortis extends its thanks to Alliance and all project partners for their ongoing dedication as White Water progresses towards completion.
