On Saturday 13th May, the Fortis team held the grand opening for our latest project, Woollahra Collection, at the newly completed display suite at 2A James St, Woollahra.
The atmosphere was vibrant and bustling with over 250 appointments conducted in the first week. Our dedicated CBRE sales team declared the launch a major success, with $116m of contracts exchanging on the weekend, of this was Ox House which sold for $16.5m, a new record for Oxford Street.
The success of the campaign at Fortis is attributed to the team’s efforts in it’s curated planning and the presence of a number of purchasers who appreciated the unique nature of the product on offer in one of Sydney’s most coveted suburbs. The majority of buyers hailed from the Eastern Suburbs, indicating a strong understanding and recognition of the Fortis brand within the current market.
