On Thursday, 15 October, Fortis welcomed more than 100 guests to The Victorian Pride Centre for an evening focused on the next chapter of The Gild and the ongoing transformation of Fitzroy Street.
Bringing together purchasers and members of the local community, the event provided an opportunity to hear from Fortis Senior Design Manager, Manuela Millan, and representatives from Christie’s International Real Estate – Victoria, who shared updates on the project’s design, construction progress and the investment continuing to shape the precinct.
Following formalities, guests walked up to The Victorian Pride Centre rooftop, taking in views across Melbourne’s skyline, Port Phillip Bay and The Gild site, where they could see firsthand the progress made since construction commenced.
