As featured in The Urban Developer, Fortis has unveiled plans for a riverfront apartment tower in Brisbane’s inner-city Kangaroo Point.
This $100-million tower will comprise of a ground-floor lobby with 14 whole-floor three-bedroom apartments—including a penthouse with a private rooftop terrace and pool—across 15 storeys. Accompanying this, a tiered communal recreation area with indoor and outdoor resort style amenities, including a lap pool and leisure deck, wellness retreat and landscaped pockets for entertaining, are planned for the tower’s base.
