Fortis has recently secured development approval on a 1,863 sqm site in Double Bay with an end value of circa $195 million as featured in The Urban Developer.
Ruby House will offer commercial office space across five storeys, with retail activation on the ground floor facing Bay Street and New South Head Road, and basement parking. This site is being designed by Lawton Hurley, with interiors by Woods Bagot and development funded by Pallas Capital.
