A story on Fortis’ for recent success in achieving 100% pre-committed leases at 24 Bay St, Double Bay has appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald.

The heritage-listed building, designed by renowned Australian architect Neville Gruzman has been refurbished to include three floors of premium food and beverage and two floors of high-end offices, with an expected end value of $54 million. This project will be anchored by Neil Perry who is set to introduce a multi-level Asian restaurant named Song Bird. Below the restaurant, renowned bar proprietor Linden Pride and Perry are to open a speakeasy-style cocktail bar, ‘Bobbies’.

“Our completed commercial developments in Double Bay are 100% pre-committed, demonstrating a robust appetite for premium office space in city fringe locations, as organisations choose to move closer to where their employees live and socialise.” Ed Eve, Associate Director, Fortis.
