On Wednesday 21 February the Fortis team and Colliers hosted over 60 tenant reps to showcase our existing and upcoming pipeline of Melbourne commercial projects.
Hosted on the newly completed rooftop at Sixty-five Dover, attendees from CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL were able to learn about the last remaining leasing opportunities of this landmark project.
Guests were invited to preview our project gallery showcasing Fortis’ current Melbourne pipeline including Thomson House, The Terraces, Wiltshire House, Moray St and 85 Dover St, whilst enjoying an afternoon of canapés, drinks, and even a few rounds of basketball.
We look forward to delivering these projects in the coming years and welcoming a community of tenants to a new standard of commercial office along Melbourne’s city-fringe.
