On Thursday, 8 May, we welcomed guests to Level 6 of our newly completed commercial development, The Terraces in South Melbourne, for an afternoon marking a significant milestone in the project’s journey.
With panoramic views across the city fringe, attendees enjoyed thoughtfully curated drinks and canapés by Atlantic Group while exploring the final leasing opportunities within this landmark address. The event offered a behind-the-scenes look at The Terraces, highlighting how Fortis continues to shape the future of commercial spaces through design excellence, premium amenity, and enduring value.
A lucky draw on the day featured standout prizes, including a $1,000 dining experience at Lamaro’s, a $500 adidas gift voucher, and a $200 wellness package from Trinity Wellness.
