We’re excited to announce Baker Bleu as our newest ground-floor tenant at Sixty-five Dover, as featured in Broadsheet.

Marking Baker Bleu’s fourth location nationally, and their second location with Fortis after opening under Guilfoyle Ave, Double Bay in late 2022, this latest outpost will be the largest of its kind in Melbourne, operating as an all-day café/bakery serving fresh sandwiches and sourdough pizzas in addition to Baker Bleu’s array of signature baked goods.
