Last week, Pallas Group was pleased to partner with Aston Martin for an unforgettable drive experience through the scenic Adelaide Hills. Guests from Fortis, Pallas Capital, and our joint venture partner Otello enjoyed the opportunity to get behind the wheel of Aston Martin’s finest—including the DB12 Volante, DBX707 and Vantage—followed by a long lunch at the beautiful Mount Lofty House.
The event marks a significant moment for Pallas Group, coinciding with the recent opening of our Adelaide office and the launch of Fortis’ Hutt Street development.
Fortis’ joint venture with Otello will deliver an $80 million mixed-use project in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, following the $6.02 million acquisition of the former Ride Contour café and bike shop site. The development will comprise 40 luxury apartments above ground-floor retail, representing Fortis’ first project in Adelaide and further strengthening our national footprint across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
A huge thank you to the team at Aston Martin Adelaide and Solitaire Automotive Group for helping us deliver such a memorable experience.
