Our 3,500sqm site on James St, Woollahra, has featured in today’s Australian Financial Review, having recently secured development approval. The site marks the largest ever land consolidation in Woollahra and is now the largest privately held parcel of land in the suburb.

Working alongside a talented team of architects and interior designers including MHNDU, Mim Design, Alexander &CO., and Phoebe Nicol, the existing heritage buildings on the site will be architecturally restored as part of the $170 million project. In addition to the refurbished buildings, the approved concept will also feature a collection of newly built luxury residences, comprising two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.

“Woollahra is a fragmented suburb and the opportunity to consolidate such a large site is extremely rare.” Charles Mellick, Director, Fortis.
