The Wentworth Courier recently featured The Benson, Rose Bay in a story on the success of off-the-plan sales across Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, in spite of the current health crisis that is COVID-19.
“Apartments at The Benson are selling well at an average of $29,000 per sqm, which is strong … it’s such a hot spot,” said Ray White Double Bay’s Michael Finger.
